Our bison ribeye steak is cut from the primal rib section of our bison. This tender, juicy, and flavorful cut is a steak lover's favorite. Great on the grill or in a cast-iron skillet. We recommend not cooking over "medium" in tempurature, due to the leaness of our bison.
