Our summer sausage is sure to be a hit with the whole family.  Great as a kid's snack for a healty protein fix or a meat and cheese tray for your next family gathering.  Our uncured sausage is free of nitrates and nitrites and will need to be kept refridgerated. After thawing, best consumed within a week. The sausage blend does contain a small amount of pork.
